Who is running this project?

The project was begun in 2004 by Michael Pegum, who lives in Dublin. He updates and funds the website, which is managed by FloWeb Design, and no advertising is accepted. Over fifty contributors have recorded memorials, and their names appear with each memorial, and on a list of contributors on the website.
